Pot Beetle survey at Kirkconnell Flow

Kirkconnell Flow

Pot beetles are a fascinating and charismatic group of leaf and petal-eating beetles that are very rare in Scotland.
This survey day is being organised to assess the status of the rare Six-spotted Pot beetle Cryptocephalus sexpunctatus, that is found only at Kirkconnell Flow in Scotland. Come along, join in and have fun looking for the beetle (as well as other bugs!).
For more information and to book onto this survey, please contact Joanna Lindsay on 01786 447504 and joanna.lindsay@buglife.org.uk
This project is funded by Scottish Natural Heritage.
