For commercial enquirers, SWSEIC will contact you prior to processing the request with a quote for providing the data if the request. No chargeable work will be undertaken prior to agreement of costs. Our current charging schedule can be viewed here. If you have specific invoice requirements (PO numbers etc.) please make sure that these are made clear when confirming costings.

We do not make any charge for providing data for personal, education or research use or for use by registered charities where the amount of work involved is small. In cases where a large or complicated request is received we may reserve the right to levy a small charge to help support the running costs of the Centre. again this will be agreed with the client prior to any work being undertaken.
