This field meeting is at Stroanfreggan in the Glenkens, on the Southern Upland Way.
Topic: Mire vegetation and searching a nearby crag. There was a suspect record for Scottish Asphodel (way south of its known range) some years ago and this needs following up. North part of VC.
Location: NX6391/6392
Meeting place: 10am at NX640916 on the B729
Lunch and suitable outdoor gear needed. All are welcome.
