Dragonfly ID Workshop North Ayrshire

Interested in recording Dragonflies but not sure where to start? Come along to one of Where’s Wildlife in Ayrshire’s Dragonfly training workshops!
This informal course will provide a general introduction to all the dragonflies found in Ayrshire, their ecology and how to identifty them. After a morning classroom session lead by the Where’s Wildlife in Ayrshire project officer, we will head out to explore the shallows of Kilbirine Loch to practice our dragonfly ID.
No previous dragonfly recording experience necessary – just a keen interest in nature and an enjoyment of seeing and identifying the wildlife around you.
